Broomfield Lodge is privately owned and operated by the Moore family whom have been living in the Broomfield area for more than 150 years. The grand lodge is a newly constructed stone and granite Country House located in the green rolling hills of County Kildare just 50 minutes south of Dublin Airport

Our guides have been hunting this terrain for years and know the best areas to bring hunters no matter their experience level, the animals are out there and our guides know exactly where to find them. Fallow Deer
Fallow deer are found throughout Ireland, they tend to be hardwood dwellers, and are found mostly in oak woodlands and on open hillside, they are the hardest of the Irish deer to hunt being very elusive and cunning, it takes a good sportsman to hunt these fine animals.
Sika Deer
Found in woodlands, bogland and mountain sides, Sika deer were introduced into Ireland over 150 years ago, through a private estate in County Wicklow. Since then they have escaped and spread all over the country. They are very much like a miniature elk.
Red Stag
Red stags are found across Ireland in both woodland and mountain side and on private estates. We have access to world class red stags on private estate. Our hunting range covers over 80,000 acres.
There are four species of deer living wild in Ireland today, namely Red Deer, Fallow Deer, Sika Deer and the recently introduced Reeve's Muntjac which is becoming established. We also offer a variety of goat, rabbit, fox, bird, and other hunts.
